Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation (Monday–Friday, excluding US federal holidays).

Standard Shipping — Free on All US Orders

All orders ship with free tracked standard shipping to the United States. Estimated delivery: 12–22 business days after dispatch.

Priority Shipping — $9.99

Priority tracked shipping is available at checkout for $9.99. Estimated delivery: 7–14 business days after dispatch.

Delivery estimates are not guarantees. Actual times may vary due to carrier conditions and customs processing outside our control.

Tracking

All orders include a tracking number sent to your email within 1–3 business days of placing your order. Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear after dispatch.

Missing or Delayed Orders

If your order has not arrived within 28 business days of your shipping confirmation, email hello@preservedaily.com and we will investigate and resolve the issue — including a full reship or refund if the order is confirmed lost.
