PRESERVE™ Daily Creatine Gummies are a dietary supplement. These statements have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration. This product is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Results may vary. Always consult your healthcare provider before starting any new supplement, particularly if you are pregnant, nursing, taking prescription medications, or have a medical condition.

Subscriptions

Subscription plans automatically renew at the selected frequency until cancelled. You may cancel, pause, or modify your subscription at any time before the next billing date from your account portal. Cancellation takes effect on the next billing cycle — the current cycle is not refunded unless it falls within the 60-day satisfaction guarantee period.

Pricing

All prices are in US dollars. We reserve the right to change prices at any time. Subscription prices are locked at the rate you subscribed at until you cancel and resubscribe.

PRESERVE™, the PRESERVE™ logo, and all associated content are the intellectual property of the brand. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is prohibited.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PRESERVE™ is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the product giving rise to the claim.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration Association.
